We basically spent the month of July celebrating birthdays. We started out the festivities by heading to the Taylor cabin for the 4th of July and Ryan's birthday. We had lots of fun enjoying the beautiful weather, playing with cousins (Jeff, Mele & the boys came down), eating yummy food, riding the four-wheelers, and of course having birthday cake and presents. Mike Wazowski birthday cupcakes, that is :) We also got to celebrate the 4th of July with a bbq at the Fire Station and fireworks at Brianhead.
After playing down south, we stopped at Grandpa and Grandma Sunday's in Centerville for some more birthday fun. Grandma made a yummy cake for the boys and they opened more presents. They each got a coaster/scooter that they've played on ALL.SUMMER.LONG! It's pretty amazing to see them whip around the cul de sac and come whizzing down the driveway. Especially Colty. Never knew a little guy could get going so fast!
We had another small celebration at home for Colton when his birthday rolled around. More presents (a bowling set, bubbles & a cool sprinkler) and a "2" cake rounded out the festivities. My sweet Aunt Cathy also sent Colton a car carrier semi-truck in the mail. He and Ryan both thought they'd died and gone to heaven. It's seen a lot of play time, but they enjoyed the box and packing peanuts almost as much :)
