Halloween has never really been my favorite holiday, but I must say it's more fun with children. Ryan was finally old enough to sort of understand what was going on. Actually, I don't think he understood much except that if he smiled and acted like a monkey, he would get candy. Needless to say, he made lots of cute monkey noises and we came home with lots of candy :)
My parents also came up for the weekend, and we had fun carving pumpkins, playing at the park and just enjoying their company.

What a cute little monkey (and banana)! If I'd have seen them for Halloween I've have given them all the candy I had!
