Sunday Family Reunion 2012

This year for our Sunday Family get-together, we decided to have everyone come up here and enjoy the cooler summer weather & beauty of Star Valley.  (Believe it or not, no one really wants to come up here during the winter!)  We had lots of fun visiting, eating good food, letting the cousins play, and some playing of our own.

Grandma & Grandpa came up a couple days earlier than everyone else to spend some extra time with us and the boys.  On Wednesday night, we headed up to Jackson Hole to see the Bar J Wranglers.  It was an entertaining night & a great break from the kiddos :)

On Thursday, the rest of the family came up.  We had a delicious dutch oven dinner, then headed out to have our family pictures taken.  Nicole did an awesome job (again!) getting some great shots of everyone.  Friday morning, all the adults headed up to run the Snake River for the day.  Grandma was nice enough to stay home and watch all the grandkids so that the rest of the adults could run the river.  It was lots of fun, and most importantly, everyone was safe :)

Saturday was the first day of the Lincoln County Fair, so we spent the day with fair festivities.  We had fun at the parade (lots of candy & popsicles) and then headed over to the fairgrounds for "fair food" and the demolition derby.  Such a small town activity, but we love it!

We had a great time and were so happy to have everyone come and visit.  Already looking forward to our next get-together!
