Colton was eager to get here! My water broke around 2:00, we got the the hospital at 2:15 when my contractions started. They were only about 2 minutes apart from the beginning, and within 2 1/2 hours, he was here! A relatively simple delivery, with only one minor scare - when he came out, Colton had the umbilical cord wrapped around his neck twice. The doctor quickly cut the cord away from his neck and everything was okay. The first few days after he was born, Colton had a hard time digesting anything - every time I fed him he spit everything back up. He also had some jaundice, but not too severe. After about a week, both of those issues had worked themselves out. Now he's just a healthy baby that eats, sleeps and poops!

Colton Wayne Taylor
Our 2nd little bundle of joy arrived on Thursday, July 21st at 4:46 am. He was 5 lbs. 7 oz. and 18 1/2 inches long. Another small baby, but healthy regardless. After much debate, we decided to name him Colton Wayne Taylor. We picked Colton simply because we like it, and Wayne is in honor of Andy's grandfather.
